At Saiga, we strive towards one simple goal - to be the community’s destination for authentic, delicious Vietnamese dishes. Our food is always made from scratch, fresh to order, and we aim to serve it to you as quickly as possible.


OUR INSPIRATION

Our menu is curated from our own family recipes influenced by Southern California flavors. In addition to well-known Vietnamese staples such as Pho and Banh Mi, we also introduce other classics such as “Bun Thit Nuong” (grilled pork vermicelli) and our family’s take on Crispy Pork Belly “Heo Quay”.

Our promise to you is to make sure that the food we serve not only delicious, but fresh and healthy. To ensure high quality and freshness, we make everything made-to-order and get our ingredients from vendors that we know and trust.
